As a Licensed Professional Engineer and graduate from Clemson University with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering as well as a master's in business administration, Thomas has pioneered the design and commercialization of innovative technology across business portfolios for industrial markets. Thomas is the authoring inventor of thirteen US patents, leads the Finance Committee while sitting on the Center for Developmental Services’ Board of Directors, serves on the Clemson MBA Alumni Council, has been recognized as Clemson’s Roaring 10 Young Alumni, and is consistently published on the topic of AI in holistic factory automation. Thomas’ current role at Omron Automation is leading the core technology business as the product manager for the Americas. Thomas also has been known to drink decaf coffee and write in the margins of books.
