Empowering Productivity with Generative AI: Practical Prompts for Success

Generative Artificial Intelligence is rapidly emerging as a practical enabler of productivity across professional and everyday settings. Its true value lies not merely in content generation, but in its ability to help users draft communication, summarize information, prioritize tasks, and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable outputs. This talk explores how practical prompt design can transform Generative AI into an effective day-to-day productivity partner. It highlights the principles of writing useful prompts by incorporating role, context, constraints, and desired output format to improve relevance and efficiency. The session demonstrates how well-crafted prompts reduce cognitive load and save time while preserving human judgment. The discussion emphasizes that Generative AI is most effective not as a replacement for expertise, but as a tool that amplifies clarity, speed, and decision support in modern work.
