The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Region 9 organized the workshop “Master the Tools that Power Your Leadership in IEEE”, focused on strengthening leadership through the effective use of vTools Reporting.

The session was led by Anddy Espinoza, Chair of the IEEE Nicaragua Section and regional leader, who provided a comprehensive overview of IEEE’s official platform for activity management and reporting.

Participants learned how to:

• Manage administrative data efficiently
• Report activities for Sections and Chapters
• Understand the importance of historical records for visibility and growth

This workshop aimed to empower IEEE volunteers to professionalize their management practices and enhance the impact of their activities at both regional and global levels.
