This visit will include a facility tour and presentation, offering attendees the opportunity to learn more about Hayward’s manufacturing operations, assembly processes, and industrial safety practices. Some manufacturing and assembly lines are expected to be operating during the visit.

Visitor and safety requirements:

  • Arrive between 4:30 and 5PM, there will be a designated arrival area (front-lobby).

  • All visitors must sign in using the iLobby system located at the main entrance. A registration/name-tag kiosk will be available in the front lobby.

  • Safety glasses are required in manufacturing areas. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own ANSI Z87.1-rated safety glasses if available.

  • Please do not wear open-toe shoes or high heels. Safety shoes or steel-toe shoes are not required for tour groups remaining on the main aisles.

  • Cell phone use is not permitted inside manufacturing areas except in offices or clearly designated areas.

  • Photography and video recording are prohibited inside the facility unless approved by the Plant Manager.

  • Visitors should remain aware of common manufacturing hazards, including mobile material-handling equipment, robotics, and automated machinery in motion.
