Biography:
As a former space technical advisor at the Space Command (2021–2025), Mathieu Compin was at the forefront of operational and capability issues related to space amid growing defense challenges. He currently serves as Program Manager for “Space Defense” at Inria Defense & Security (General Directorate, Inria Center at the University of Bordeaux). His career illustrates the close link between digital technologies, research, and the use of space for issues of sovereignty and security.

Biography:
Former Joint Space Commander (2014–2017), Jean-Daniel Testé is currently EVP of AGENA SPACE. He previously led OTA (Observation de la Terre Appliquée), a company specializing in training in the analysis of aerial and space imagery, as well as in space security and strategy. His experience provides a comprehensive perspective on the evolving uses of space, spanning operations, industry, and strategy.

Philippe Lattes is CEO of LeoBlue and Project Manager for “Space and Continuing Education” at ENSEIRB-MATMECA. His career combines industry and innovation, with a strong focus on building ecosystems and developing space applications. At the intersection of technology, applications, and education, he helps bridge operational needs, industrial perspectives, and skills development in a NewSpace context where access to space and related services are rapidly evolving.

Biography:
Anthony Ghiotto is a faculty member and researcher at ENSEIRB-MATMECA and the IMS laboratory, with recognized expertise in microwave technologies and the design of RF and millimeter-wave circuits. These technological building blocks are at the heart of many modern space functions (telecommunications, payloads, instruments, onboard systems) and are key drivers of innovation and competitiveness in NewSpace. He will also provide insights focused on “NewSpace: Innovation and Sovereignty,” linking technological advances with strategic challenges.
