International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Next-Generation Technologies - ICONET 2026
Dear IEEE Members and Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to the International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Next-Generation Technologies (ICONET26), the official scientific event of the IEEE Computer Society Lebanon Chapter. The conference will be hosted by the Faculty of Engineering at Beirut Arab University - Debbieh Campus, Lebanon, on October 15-16, 2026.
Submission Opportunities
- Peer Review: All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process based on technical merit and novelty.
- IEEE Xplore: Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for potential inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
- Extended Publication: Authors of selected papers will be invited to prepare an extended version for the BAU Journal - Science and Technology.
Technical Scope
ICONET26 welcomes original research in areas including, but not limited to:
- AI, Machine Learning, and Explainable AI (XAI).
- Next-Generation Networks: 5G, 6G, and Beyond.
- Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Trusted Intelligent Systems.
- IoT, Cyber-Physical, and Healthcare Systems.
- Blockchain and Distributed Trust Systems.

- Full Paper Submission: July 1, 2026.
- Notification of Acceptance: August 25, 2026.
- Camera Ready Submission: September 10, 2026.
