The Alaska Sustainable Energy Conference (ASEC) will be held in Anchorage, Alaska May 19-21, 2026. IEEE Alaska will have an exhibitor booth at the conference. Stop by and say hello!

Volunteers are needed to help staff the booth during the course of the conference. We have credentials for 2 people to cover the booth. We can share the credentials between multiple people and the goal is have two people on site all 3 days. The credential provides admission to the conference as well as breakfast and lunch. Volunteers can tradeoff to attend sessions of interest.

We are planning on doing half day shifts, (8a-12p & 12-4p) for each of the 3 days. If you plan on attending and are willing to take a shift, please Signup to schedule the days and times you are available. Members who are paying to attend are encouraged to stop by, say hello and give the booth volunteers a break as time permits.
