This session focuses on the criteria, methodologies, and evaluation processes engineers must consider to design and assess environmentally responsible electronic products.
Participants will learn how IEEE 1680 addresses material selection, energy efficiency, recycling, emissions, and end-of-life management, providing a comprehensive framework for sustainable engineering.
The workshop emphasizes how mastering IEEE 1680 helps engineers and organizations minimize environmental impact, meet regulatory requirements, and lead innovation toward greener technologies.
