Beyond Adoption: What AI Assistant Usage Reveals
AI assistant usage is becoming a new signal for how work actually happens inside an organization. This session looks at how patterns across M365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools can reveal where invisible work is getting done and how leaders can turn that insight into concrete business outcomes.
Biography:
Matt Berseth is the co-founder and CIO of NLP Logix, a leading AI services company. He is an AI and data science expert and delivered a 2022 TEDx talk titled “Why Artificial Intelligence is More Human Than You Think.” Matt holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Computer Science from North Dakota State University and previously served as adjunct faculty at the University of North Florida and Jacksonville University, where he taught data science. Matt has a passion for using technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
