The IEEE Colombian Conference on Communications and Computing (COLCOM), organized by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) aims at showing the progress and development of the academic, scientific and industrial usage of the different areas of telecommunications and computing. COLCOM is the most important conference held anually in Colombia, and attracts submissions and participants from the whole country and its neighbor countries. The conference covers the scope of all ComSoc Technical Committees and has a broad technical program that includes renowned keynote speakers and comprehensive tutorials presenting the state-of-the-art in communications. This year will mark the 19th edition of COLCOM, and the city of Bucaramanga has been chosen to host the conference.
