Biography:
Dr. Aggarwal brings 14 years of direct industry experience from Applied Materials —the global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. He is the co-author of the ESSCI National Occupation Standards for this job role and the AICTE curriculum electives on semiconductor manufacturing, including the Industrial Safety module. As Chair of the NOS Committee, he has shaped how Industrial Safety skills are defined and certified across India's semiconductor industry.
