IEEE CB Account payments are preferred method for IEEE OUs (like Sections) and for group bookings. Please contact r8syp2026@gmail.com starting with word: CB in the title.

Important!

If you are experiencing technical difficulties when registered but cannot proceed to the payment or getting info " your Name is already registered for this event", please send blank email to r8syp2026@gmail.com from the email address you used to register with title "Tech", we have to manually delete your record and you need to register again. This is the platform issue; this is only one workaround we know so far. Apologies for the inconvenience. 

Registration Fees Options:

• • Option (1): Full Congress Registration Including Accommodation: This option includes the following:
    • Accommodation during the congress dates (20th July to 24th July) in shared hotel rooms (2 per room)
    • Limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, exclusively for IEEE Students and IEEE Young Professionals only.
    • Access to all program amenities and activities during the congress dates
    • Transportation inside Kraków during congress dates
    • Breakfast (at hotel), lunch and dinner during most of the congress dates
    • Fees: 415.00 USD (four hundred fifteen US Dollars)

• • Option (2): Full Congress Registration Excluding Accommodation: This option includes the following:
    • Access to all program amenities and activities during the congress dates
    • Transportation inside Kraków during congress dates
    • Excluding breakfast, including lunch and dinner during most of the congress dates
    • Fees: 355 USD (three hundred fifty-five US Dollars)

Important Remark: If you were selected as a IEEE Region 8 funded applicant (funded registration) You can select any of the above options.

Refund policy:

Any refund request till June 30th, 2026 is refundable but subject to a 80USD administrative fee.

Any refund request after June 30th, 2026 is not refundable.

Visa invitations: 

We issue the visa invitation letters only after receiving the payment. If you need a VISA letter, make sure to answer the related question with "Yes". 
Please note that VISA letter will only be issued if you are an IEEE member. If not, we unfortunately can't provide you with such a letter.
