"Day 2 of  21 Days Yoga Challenge"

Join us for Day 2 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge, hosted by IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K and IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.

This session focuses on foundational yoga techniques and mindful breathing to help participants feel calm and full of energy. Under the guidance of our respected mentor, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, participants will learn easy ways to stay healthy every day and will be able to integrate simple practices into their daily routine for long-term benefits.

The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC and IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
