"Day 3 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge"

This initiative is proudly organized by the IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.

Day 3 will focus on light yoga and breathing exercises specifically designed to promote deep relaxation and mindfulness. During this session, participants will engage in gentle movements and conscious breathing techniques, allowing them to release stress and reconnect with their inner calm. These foundational practices will serve as a vital reminder that long-term physical and mental wellness starts with small, consistent steps.

The event will be held under the guidance of our respected mentor, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, who will emphasize the importance of integrating mindful practices into everyday life.

The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
