"Day 5 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge"

The IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K, in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter, will organize Day 5 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge.

This upcoming session will focus on revitalizing the upper body, beginning with gentle warm-up movements before transitioning into a sequence designed to enhance strength and flexibility in the shoulders, arms, chest, and upper back. This practice is to release built-up tension for those sitting or working at desks for extended hours, it will promote better posture, improved lung capacity, and spinal support.

The event will be held under the guidance of our respected mentor, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, who will share insights on maintaining physical vitality.

The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
