DAY 8 of 21 DAY Yoga
"Day 8 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge"
Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K, in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.
As we move towards the second week of our journey, this upcoming session will shift its focus toward flexibility and full-body stretching. Participants will be guided through a series of dynamic and static poses designed to elongate muscles, improve joint mobility, and alleviate physical stiffness. The practice will emphasize the role of deep stretching in muscle recovery and stress reduction.
Under the guidance of our respected mentor, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, who will share insights on maintaining long-term physical agility.
The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
