DAY 9 of 21 DAY Yoga
"Day 9 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge"
Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K, in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.
On Day 9 of our ongoing yoga journey, the session will be dedicated to a full body focus, aiming to bring balance and strength to the entire system. Through a series of mindful movements and breathing practices, participants will be guided to stretch, energize, and align their bodies while fostering a deeper connection between mind and body.
Under the guidance of our respected mentor, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, the session will encourage participants to stay motivated and continue their journey with dedication and consistency.
The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
