DAY 10 of 21 DAY Yoga
"Day 10 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge"
Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K, in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.
This upcoming session will focus on gentle movements and breathing exercises designed to help participants relax, unwind, and enhance their breath awareness. These simple yet effective practices aim to provide a calming experience that supports both physical and mental well-being, offering a peaceful pause in the middle of a busy week to reinforce the importance of mindfulness and regular practice.
The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
