DAY 11 of 21 DAY Yoga
"Day 11 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge"
Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K, in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.
This upcoming session will focus on lower body strengthening and breathing techniques, featuring a carefully designed sequence of movements targeting the legs, hips, and lower back to help participants build stability and improve posture. Breathing practices will be seamlessly integrated throughout the routine to enhance focus and relaxation.
The event will be conducted under the esteemed mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, creating a dedicated space for participants to reconnect with their physical strength while staying grounded through breath awareness.
The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
