Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K, in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.
Day Sessions: 60 minutes
Theme: Yoga For One Earth, One Health
The 21- day format is popular because it helps cultivate a sustainable habit and can lead to noticeable physical and mental benefits within a short period. It's often used as a challenge or reboot for both beginners and seasoned yogis.
The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
