"Day 18 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge"
Organized by the IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.
Join us for Day 18 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge, an inspiring session dedicated to enhancing your wellness journey, this upcoming session will focus entirely on exercises for better mobility and flexibility. Participants will be guided through simple movements and targeted stretches designed to relax the muscles, improve overall body movement, and reduce stiffness.
Beyond physical benefits, the routine is structured to help calm the mind and improve focus, demonstrating how integrating a little yoga into your daily life can foster both a healthier body and a peaceful mind.
The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
