"Day 21 of the 21 Days Yoga Challenge"

Organized by IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity HBTU-K, in association with the IEEE PELS Uttar Pradesh Section Chapter.

On this day of our ongoing yoga journey, the upcoming session will focus explicitly on exercises designed for better mobility and flexibility. Participants will practice simple movements and targeted stretches aimed at relaxing muscles, improving overall body movement, and reducing physical stiffness.

Beyond the physical benefits, these planned exercises will also assist in calming the mind and sharpening mental focus, demonstrating how dedicating a little time to yoga every day can lead to a healthier body and a peaceful mind. The event will take place under the expert guidance and motivation of Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir, whose presence will encourage all participants to stay committed and seamlessly integrate yoga into their daily routines.

The session is coordinated by Ms. Sanjana Gupta, Chair, IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K, under the guidance and support of our Counselor IEEE Student Branch HBTU-K and Faculty Advisor IEEE PELS SBC & IEEE WIE SBA HBTU-K Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Sir.
