  • Election Committee Formation

    • Need to define a chair/champion who'd also look into the by-laws and guide us to take necessary steps for bringing changes in the election cycle if deemed necessary.

  • Summer Hangout 

    • Jodi DeJong Veitch from Evans Hotels (Bahia Resort and Catamaran Resort in San Diego) is inviting the IEEE San Diego Executive Committee to a beachfront Luau, offering up to 20 complimentary seats. She proposes three possible dates (July 2, 20, or 27) and asks whether she should coordinate attendance directly or if Upal will select attendees. She requests confirmation of the preferred date to reserve the spots.

  • Cybersecurity Summit:

    • Ashley Kramer is inviting IEEE San Diego to renew a partnership for the Cybersecurity Summit on September 10, 2026. The partnership includes benefits such as a donation, free passes and promo package, exhibit space option, logo placement, CPE credits, and potential speaking opportunities. In return, IEEE is expected to help with pre-event promotion (emails and social posts). She asks for confirmation by July 3.
