Scott of North American Electric Reliability Corporation

Biography:

Scott Barfield-McGinnis is a BSEET graduate of the Southern College of Technology, now Kennesaw State University and he is also an alum of the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business ’08 MBA. He is a professional engineer with over 40 years of power systems experience. He has worked for several utilities, including Flint Energies in Warner Robins and at Georgia System Operations Corporation in Atlanta before joining the North American Electric Reliability Corporation known as “NERC” in 2011.
