International Summer School on Phased Array Systems
Learn, integrate, and design the future – mastering advanced signal processing, distributed architectures, and antennas for MIMO sensing for diversity of automotive and health&wellbeing applications
From September 27th till October 2nd the International Summer School on Phased Array Systems will be organized in Delft, The Netherlands.
Understanding of MIMO radar and array systems requires a multidisciplinary approach combining advanced signal processing, RF hardware, and antenna arrays. By integrating these domains, the school provides a comprehensive framework to design and analyze nextgeneration sensing systems.
The program focuses on key principles of MIMO radar, including waveforms, algorithms, and hardware, with applications on various modern sensing applications such as automotive radars, surveillance radars, and biomedical radars.
The education will be complemented by a MATLAB-based practicum & project.
The certificate of 5 ECTS points is provided to those who have completed the course.
Topics: • Foundations of radar and array systems • MIMO front-end and distributed architectures • Waveform design and MIMO transmission schemes • Array signal processing for MIMO • Calibration and synchronization in distributed arrays • Applications: automotive radar, health&wellbeing, short range imaging
Registration fees: €550 for non-profit institutions and €1100 for industry
