Building AI-Driven Operational Systems in Energy: From Data Capture to Decision-Making
Join us on 25th June, 2026 at the Fairfield Inn & Suites – Houston Memorial City Area for an energizing, one-hour session to learn how AI can be used to digitize and structure field data, automate repetitive workflows, and improve the speed and accuracy of invoicing and reporting. We will also cover how AI agents and automation platforms can integrate with existing infrastructure such as CRMs, ERPs, and internal databases to create a unified operational system, followed by dinner and a lively 15-minute Q&A to spark ideas you can take back to your own projects.

Building AI-Driven Operational Systems in Energy: From Data Capture to Decision-Making
The energy sector produces a constant flow of operational data, from field tickets and inspections to maintenance logs and production records. However, much of this data is still captured manually, processed late, or disconnected from decision-making systems—leading to inefficiencies, revenue leakage, and limited operational visibility.
This session explores how AI can be applied as an integrated system to capture, structure, and act on operational data in real time. Instead of focusing on standalone tools, we examine how AI workflows connect field operations, back-office systems, and reporting into a continuous, automated process. Attendees will learn how AI can be used to digitize and structure field data, automate repetitive workflows, and improve the speed and accuracy of invoicing and reporting. We will also cover how AI agents and automation platforms can integrate with existing infrastructure such as CRMs, ERPs, and internal databases to create a unified operational system.
The session focuses on practical implementation—how to identify high-impact use cases, avoid common pitfalls, and introduce AI incrementally without disrupting current operations. By the end, attendees will have a clear framework for turning fragmented processes into intelligent systems that improve efficiency, increase visibility, and support better decision-making across their organization.
