Sustainable & Smart Battery Manufacturing
Building safer and greener batteries for future applications
We focus on all aspects of sustainable cell production, from electrode manufacturing to cell assembly and testing. Our dry room is equipped with a modern research pilot line to produce stacked pouch cells and allows industry-oriented prototyping. Particular attention is paid to the optimization of each step of the production process. Industry-relevant research and development activities can thus be carried out cost-effectively and with reduced investment risk.
- Slurry development and optimization with special focus on solvent-reduced water-based processing
- State-of-the-art energy-efficient cell assembly under dry room conditions
- Materials and components validation and prototyping at industrial scale up to 10 Ah/cell
- Smart cell manufacturing with integrated sensor technology
