The IEEE NSW Computer Society Chapter is pleased to support and participate in the Women in Services Computing (WISC) Symposium, co-located with the 2026 IEEE World Congress on Services (SERVICES 2026).

We invite IEEE members, students, researchers, and industry professionals to join us for an engaging panel discussion featuring experts from academia and industry. The symposium provides an excellent opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and discuss emerging trends, career development, leadership, and innovation in services computing.

We also encourage members to participate in the IEEE World Congress on Services, the premier international forum for services computing research and innovation.


Call for Participation

Join us at the 2026 IEEE World Congress on SERVICES (SERVICES 2026), taking place 13–18 July 2026 in Sydney, Australia. Alongside the technical conferences, don't miss the Women in Services Computing Symposium, where the IEEE NSW Computer Society will be supporting a panel discussion.

The IEEE World Congress on Services (SERVICES) is the premier international forum for sharing and discussing the latest advancements and emerging trends related to services computing technologies.

SERVICES 2026 Highlights

The congress assembles an exciting program, including:

  • One Plenary Panel on How Technology Trends and Megatrends Affect Workforce, chaired by Rong N. Chang and Dejan Milojicic.
  • Five Plenary Keynotes by Rama Akkiraju, Boualem Benatallah, Zhi Jin, Sasu Tarkoma, and Bhavani Thuraisingham.
  • Six technical conferences focusing on Cloud Computing (CLOUD), Edge Computing & Communications (EDGE), Digital Health (ICDH), Web Services (ICWS), Quantum Software (QSW), and Software Services Engineering (SSE).
  • Five symposia and two workshops covering Agentic Services, Data Spaces enabled by Edge, Services for Data Product Ecosystems, Services and Software Engineering Education, Women in Services Computing, Multi-Agent Services, and AI/Graph Driven Adaptive Services.
  • A banquet at Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf overlooking Sydney Harbour.
