Breakout meeting from Houston Section ExCom, for the PES Chapter to discuss goals, concerns, and questions.

We want to focus our efforts on three programs

1. Monthly Meetings with Networking Happy Hour (Joint YP)
2. Field Trips with Student Chapters
3. Add to the CED series with speakers focused on High Voltage and Utility oriented engineering topics

The Chapter already does all of these things, but we want to use good planning to get better results and value for IEEE members.

12:45 summarize discussions, review meeting minutes, and vote on follow up items
