Binti Bora Techspire Outreach | IEEE WIE Day 2026
As part of the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Day 2026 celebrations, the IEEE JKUAT Student Branch WIE Affinity Group will host the Binti Bora Techspire Outreach in Kibera. The outreach aims to inspire girls from Grade 8 through high school to explore STEM by introducing them to basic digital literacy, computer skills, and mentorship. Through interactive sessions and role model engagement, volunteers will encourage participants to pursue careers in technology while promoting the IEEE WIE Day 2026 theme: "Technology with Purpose: Innovate Responsibly, Inspire Globally, Lead with Integrity.
