A continuous, interactive Emotional Intelligence workshop, moving from self-awareness to real-world application
Stacey Morris will provide an overview of Emotional Intelligence and Key Principles.
Before the workshop, it is highly recommended that attendees spend about 20 minutes completing a free Myers-Briggs personality assessment, an optional emotional intelligence self-assessment, and then use a custom AI prep coach I built specifically for engineers. They walk in already knowing their style, their blind spots, and how to adapt to the people around them. I would love for you to include this as a link or attachment on the event registration page and in any promotional emails so people arrive ready. When you add it, just note that it takes about 20 minutes and is worth doing.
Biography:
Stacey Morris is the creator of the Balanced Brilliance framework and founder of Gen-Next AI, where she helps technically brilliant professionals become just as brilliant in the human skills that actually move careers and lives forward.
