CYBERSHIELD: Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking Workshop

IEEE Signal Processing Society Student Branch Chapter VJCET (IEEE SPS SBC VJCET), in collaboration with IEEE Student Branch VJCET (IEEE SB VJCET), is organizing CYBERSHIELD, a workshop on Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking, powered by BrightForge Hackers Academy.

The workshop aims to provide participants with an introduction to fundamental cybersecurity concepts and ethical hacking practices through interactive and hands-on learning experiences. The program is designed to enhance participants' understanding of contemporary cyber threats, security tools, and defensive strategies employed in the field of cybersecurity.

The workshop will feature practical sessions on Kali Linux and various security tools, an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Investigation Challenge, live demonstrations of hardware hacking techniques, and discussions on real-world cyberattack scenarios. Participants will also gain exposure to the principles and methodologies of ethical hacking and cybersecurity best practices.

Registration Fee:

The event is open to all students interested in exploring the field of cybersecurity and developing practical skills in ethical hacking and cyber defense. Participation is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Biography:

Mohammed Fizal is the Co-Founder of BrightForge Solutions & Technologies LLP and a Certified Cyber Security Educator. He is a Cisco Verified Ethical Hacker with expertise in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, penetration testing, and cyber defense. He has conducted training programs and hands-on workshops focused on practical cybersecurity skills, including Kali Linux, OSINT, hardware security, and real-world cyberattack simulations.
