The Wellbeing-Health AI Framework for Intelligent Stress Monitoring
Stress is a common part of modern life; however, unmanaged stress can weaken the immune system, increase the risk of illness, and reduce overall well-being. Prolonged stress may also lead to more frequent illness and slower recovery, making effective stress management essential for maintaining good health. This talk presents a proposed Wellbeing-Health AI Framework that integrates mathematical models and sentiment analysis to enable early stress detection and wellness assessment. The framework analyzes emotions, lifestyle, and health-related data to identify potential risks and provide timely alerts for early intervention.
