Event Purpose & Impact :
ENSITOPIA 4.0 aimed to guide students who successfully passed the national engineering entrance examination in choosing the engineering field that best matches their interests and career aspirations. Through direct interaction with professors and IEEE ENSIT Student Branch members the event helped participants gain a better understanding of each specialization while introducing them to ENSIT student life and the opportunities offered by IEEE ENSIT SB. The event aligns with the chapter's mission of supporting students through guidance knowledge sharing and professional development.

Overview:
- Brief description of the event : it was organized as a series of online sessions on google meet over three consecutive days. Each session was dedicated to one engineering department at ENSIT and featured a professor from the corresponding department who presented the specialization answered participants questions and shared valuable insights about the curriculum and future opportunities. Alongside the live sessions the organizing team published social media videos introducing each field as well as overview posts to help students explore the available specializations before making their choices.

Participants developed a clearer understanding of the engineering fields available at ENSIT, their academic pathways and future career prospects while also gaining insight into student life and the role of IEEE ENSIT Student Branch within the school. The event also created opportunities for prospective students to interact directly with professors and IEEE ENSIT SB members, fostering communication and helping them build connections before joining the engineering community
Conclusion & Evaluation:
ENSITOPIA 4.0 was a successful initiative that combined academic guidance with student engagement. Through specialized departmental sessions direct discussions with professors and complementary social media content the event helped participants make more informed decisions about their engineering studies while introducing them to the academic environment and student community at ENSIT.
