IEEE WIE Day 2026 – Social Media Video Campaign
In celebration of IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Day 2026, the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura conducted a social media awareness campaign by publishing a series of three videos highlighting the activities and impact of our affinity group.
The campaign was carried out over three days:
- 23 June 2026 – Video 1
- 26 June 2026 – Video 2
- 29 June 2026 – Video 3
The videos showcased the initiatives, events and achievements of the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group, reflecting our commitment to empowering women in engineering and technology. They also highlighted the opportunities available through IEEE WIE, the value of member engagement and the positive impact our society has made through its various projects and activities.
