Keynote Bio:
Bahareh Chimehi is a Research Project Manager and Data Scientist at Carleton University and the Bruyère Health Research Institute. She holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Carleton University, where her master's research led to a U.S. provisional patent for an assistive healthcare technology. Her work focuses on artificial intelligence, digital health, and smart sensing technologies to support independent living and improve healthcare outcomes. Bahareh is passionate about advancing inclusive innovation and empowering the next generation of women in engineering and technology.
