Biography:
Dr. Brojo Kishore Mishra is a Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at NIST University, Berhampur, Odisha, with over 21 years of experience in teaching, research, academic leadership, and innovation. He is the Founder of the Next-Gen Research and Innovation Hub (NGRiH) and a Senior Member of IEEE.
He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Berhampur University in 2012. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Natural Language Processing, Internet of Things (IoT), Web Mining, and Sustainable Computing. He has authored 120+ research papers, 50+ book chapters, 25 edited books, and three authored books, and holds several patents and other intellectual property rights. Recognized among the World's Top 5% Scientists (SciRank Global Registry 2025), Dr. Mishra serves as an editor, conference chair, researcher, and mentor, actively promoting research excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship, and global academic collaboration.
