Join us for an unforgettable evening of networking, collaboration, and community at IEEE Rooftop Social Indianapolis 2026.

Set against the stunning skyline of downtown Indianapolis at Astrea Rooftop, this event brings together IEEE members and technology professionals for an evening of meaningful conversations, valuable networking, and spectacular city views.

Co-located with the IEEE Region 4 Humanitarian Technologies Workshop, this special networking event provides a unique opportunity to connect with IEEE leaders, volunteers, and professionals from across Central Indiana, IEEE Region 4, and IEEE-USA. Whether you are an experienced volunteer, a Young Professional, a student, an industry professional, or a workshop participant, this event offers an excellent opportunity to expand your professional network, exchange ideas, explore future collaborations, and strengthen relationships across the IEEE community.

The event is hosted by the IEEE Central Indiana Section Young Professionals Affinity Group, with co-hosting and support from IEEE Region 4 Young Professionals and IEEE-USA.

Registration Includes

  • A selection of appetizers and light refreshments

  • Two complimentary drink tickets for each registered attendee

  • Exclusive rooftop networking with IEEE members, Young Professionals, industry professionals, volunteers, and leaders from Central Indiana, IEEE Region 4, and IEEE-USA

  • A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere overlooking the Indianapolis skyline

Registration Information

The registration fee is US$15 per person.

Registration closes on  August 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or earlier if the event reaches full capacity.

During registration, attendees are encouraged to indicate any dietary restrictions, food allergies, accessibility needs, or other accommodation requests so that reasonable arrangements can be made whenever possible.

Important Information

  • All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

  • Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol service is subject to the venue's policies and all applicable Indiana laws.
