Biography:

Dr. Supriya Kummamuru is a strategy, innovation, and systems thinking professional with over 35 years of experience spanning management consulting, organizational transformation, executive leadership, research, and higher education. Her career across leading organizations— including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Tech Mahindra, the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), and T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI)—has enabled her to combine corporate leadership, strategic advisory, applied research, and executive education to help organizations enhance performance, governance, innovation, and strategic execution. She has held leadership roles in systems engineering, management consulting, process excellence, behavioural science, innovation management, and technology strategy. At Tata Consultancy Services, she contributed across consulting, research, and executive leadership functions, leading regional innovation initiatives, developing enterprise consulting frameworks, supporting large-scale transformation programmes, and designing executive capability-building initiatives. Earlier assignments at Tech Mahindra and ASCI strengthened her expertise in business process re-engineering, organizational strategy, public sector consulting, project management, and executive education. Her work is grounded in systems thinking and management cybernetics, with a focus on aligning people, processes, technology, and governance to address complex organizational challenges.
