Thank you for your interest in the IEEE Hawaii Section branded Reyn Spooner Aloha shirt group buy.

IEEE Hawaii Section and Reyn Spooner are partnering to offer limited-time IEEE branded Aloha shirts for purchase. Participation in the group buy program will be done through this vTools page. Please specify in the registration the following information:

• Contact Name (Primary required, secondary optional)
• Contact Email (Primary required, secondary optional)
• Requested Sizes and Quantity
• Payment will be submitted through vTools, please select the appropriate registration tier based on total quantity of shirts requested

If you will require shipping outside of Oahu, please contact the organizer, Calvin Lee, directly at calvinlee@ieee.org. If you are ordering with a group and require shipping, we kindly request to list orders under the same point of contact to help with shipping costs and logistics.

The maximum quantity per registration in this vTools event is set to 10 shirts. If you require shirts beyond this number, please contact Calvin directly.

Note that vTools will not easily allow you to modify your registration once your form has been submitted or allow you to submit more than one registration per email/account. If you require cancellation or changes to your registration, please contact Calvin. 

Refund policy:
Once vTools registration and payment have been submitted, IEEE Hawaii section will not be able to issue any refunds. However if you need to change sizes for an existing order, you can email calvinlee@ieee.org and we will do our best to try accommodating the change.

Shirt and pricing information:

The cost of each shirt is $115 and is all inclusive including processing fees, taxes, and shipping within the United States for orders outside of Oahu. The pre-order window will close on October 11th, 2026 at 11:55 PM HST. After this time, the IEEE branded shirts will be unavailable for pre-order and purchase. Once the order window has closed, IEEE Hawaii Section will submit the completed order to Reyn Spooner. Updates on availability and turn around will be provided via updates through this vTools event.

All shirts will be based on the Aloha Biscus pattern in Blue Horizon colorway in classic front button style. See image below of approximate mock-up of how the shirt will appear with the IEEE branding.
