A multi-day regional IEEE visit is planned for 2026/2027, bringing together students and members from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, and Hungary. The main activity will be a technical visit to the Krško Nuclear Power Plant, where participants will learn more about nuclear energy production, plant operation, safety procedures, and the role of nuclear power in the regional energy system. The programme will also include networking, knowledge exchange, and discussions about future cooperation and joint IEEE activities among neighbouring countries.
