  1. R1/R2 Joint Meeting June 5-7

    1. Member Development (recruitment/retention)

    1. ExCom approved budget in Jan 2026 includes $3500 for travel

     

  3. Elections -

    1. MV section is due to hold elections for ExCom this Fall in order to be eligible for section rebates.

    2. Nominations committee is being formed with Jerry Genello and 2 others from the Region.

    1. Meeting with SUNY Canton Advisor - Dr. Frempong 6/12

    1. Updated date - Aug 10-13

    2. PACE funding pre-approved - $750

    3. SUNY Poly is handling the registration and hiring of the teacher

    1. Support society chapter talks ( SPS - May, ComSoc - June, Computer - August)

    2. Revitalize AESS society

    3. Establish Young Professionals Affinity Group

    4. Prepare student branches for success

    5. STEM Camp in July
