"Mission Tomorrow" — Richmond's premier mega-STEM and career exploration

We are thrilled to announce that Allen Jones, a well-known champion for technology, robotics, and leadership across Richmond, will be joining us as our Chief Guest! Allen will be speaking about "Mission Tomorrow" — Richmond's premier mega-STEM and career exploration event that inspires thousands of local students to explore the future of science, technology, and engineering. His dedication to building the region's future talent pipeline makes this a must-attend talk for anyone passionate about community growth and tech education.

Biography:

Allen is helping bring people together and teaching them to work as a team to create breakthrough products.

he has over 20 years of experience leading advanced development teams using Agile development approaches. When applied well, these methodologies yield shorter development times, quicker return on investment, and happier customers. he has many years of experience managing embedded firmware projects ranging from small 8-bit devices with simple loop schedulers to ARM core designs with realtime operating systems. He also has extensive experience with the hardware design for these microprocessor based products and with the regulatory approval processes that are a part of these designs. he has worked with global marketing teams to help bring together a common product vision, and has led multi-site, multi-nation projects.

Over the years, I have found that working within a single team, with multiple teams across sites, or with colleagues across national boundaries is greatly simplified by simply showing others the same respect and consideration that you would like for them to show you.
