The IEEE AcSIR-CSIO Student Branch cordially invites all newly admitted research scholars and IEEE enthusiasts to the IEEE Student Branch Open House 2026.

This event is designed to introduce new students to the world's largest technical professional organizationn, IEEE and to provide a comprehensive overview of the opportunities available through the IEEE AcSIR-CSIO Student Branch.

The session will begin with a welcome address, followed by an introduction to IEEE, its global community, technical societies, and the numerous benefits of IEEE membership. Participants will gain insights into how IEEE supports academic excellence, technical innovation, professional development, leadership, networking, research dissemination, conferences, publications, standards development, scholarships, and volunteering opportunities.

The Student Branch Executive Committee will present the chapter's achievements, major events, workshops, technical talks, industrial interactions, humanitarian initiatives, competitions, and community engagement activities conducted over the past year. The session will also highlight opportunities for students to actively participate in organizing events, leading projects, serving in leadership roles, and contributing to IEEE's mission of advancing technology for humanity.

An interactive question-and-answer session will provide attendees with an opportunity to clarify their queries regarding IEEE membership, student benefits, technical societies, publications, conferences, funding opportunities, volunteering pathways, and career development.

The event will conclude with an informal networking session over High Tea, allowing new students to interact with faculty members, IEEE volunteers, student leaders, and fellow researchers, which encourages collaboration, friendship, and a strong sense of community.
