Opened in 2025, the Engineering Student Success & Research Building (ESSRB) stands as a four-story, 114,000-square-foot, $90 million center for Speed School collaboration, student support, and research innovation. The first floor offers state-of-the-art classrooms that equip engineering students with hands-on instruction through industry-grade technologies. Additionally, the Speed Center for Innovation (SCI), an interactive makerspace, provides a dedicated space for engineering competition teams. The second floor is home to the Engineering Gateway, where students can receive academic advising, career counseling, co-op coordination, admissions, tutoring, and IT support. The Conn Center for Renewable Energy is located on the third floor with lab facilities that drive innovation. The fourth floor features inviting conference rooms and meeting spaces open to the entire Speed School community.
