The fifth IEEE ESPRIT SB Officer Training Week session, "vTools Made Easy: A Practical Guide for Officers", took a hands-on approach to familiarizing officers with essential IEEE volunteering tools and their practical applications. Rather than focusing solely on theoretical explanations, the session guided participants through the vTools platform and demonstrated how they can be integrated into the day-to-day management and documentation of SB activities.

The session explored vTools Events, with practical demonstrations of how to create and report events under different scenarios, helping officers understand how to accurately document their activities according to their specific needs and circumstances. Participants were also introduced to vTools eNotice, focusing on how it can be used to reach members through targeted official mass communication and event announcements. Finally, the session covered OU Analytics, demonstrating how officers can use the platform to retrieve relevant information to better understand their SB,  community and growth.

Through these practical demonstrations and guided exercises, IEEE ESPRIT SB officers gained familiarity with the tools available to them and a clearer understanding of how vTools can support the management of IEEE activities.
