Integration Week 3.0
Integration Week 3.0, scheduled from 1 to 4 September 2026, with the objective of welcoming new students and introducing them to the IEEE community through an engaging and interactive experience.
The program is planned to include a variety of technical and non-technical sessions, networking opportunities, and team-building activities.
Proposed activities include Public Speaking sessions, Speed Networking with IEEE officers, an Introduction to Artificial Intelligence session, IEEE orientation and knowledge quizzes with prizes, panel discussions and round tables featuring alumni and IEEE members, workshops, robotics competitions, treasure hunts, interactive games, and sports activities.
The event will also feature IEEE booths where students can discover the different chapters and affinity groups, connect with volunteers, and learn about the opportunities IEEE offers throughout the academic year.
This initiative aims to help new members integrate into the IEEE family, develop new skills, build meaningful connections, and encourage active participation in Student Branch activities from the very beginning of the academic year.
