Eng. Anita Sheilla Semukutu is a power systems engineer with over eight years of experience in the electricity supply industry, with expertise in power system planning, network development, design, and investment analysis.

She is a practicing Electrical Engineer with ERB, holding a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University and a Diploma in Renewable Energy from Sweden.

She is passionate about strategic planning, development, innovation, and building the infrastructure needed to support Uganda’s growing electricity demand and long-term energy transition.
