The IEEE Denver Section invites you to our annual Senior Member Upgrade Event. This year’s event will be held at Footprints Restaurant at Fossil Trace Golf Course in Golden, providing a great setting for networking, professional development, and conversation over lunch.
Whether you are seeking an upgrade to Senior Member or volunteering as a Senior Member/Fellow Reference, we invite you to be part of this rewarding event.
Senior Member Upgrade Candidates
Take the next step in your IEEE journey! Meet fellow IEEE members, discuss your professional accomplishments, and receive guidance from experienced Senior Member and Fellow Volunteer References who can help you navigate the Senior Member application process.
IEEE Senior Member is the highest grade for which IEEE members may apply and recognizes significant professional experience and accomplishments.
Please bring two copies of your resume, CV, work history, or other materials that will help our volunteers understand your professional experience and accomplishments.

You do not need to begin your Senior Member application before attending the event. The IEEE Denver Section will nominate you.
Senior Member/Fellow Volunteer References
Your experience is invaluable. By volunteering as a reference, you can help qualified IEEE members take an important step in their professional journey.
The event provides an opportunity to share your experience, support fellow members, and contribute to the continued growth of the IEEE Denver Section.
Please have your IEEE Membership Number available to provide to the candidates you support.

Past Senior Member Upgrade Events have provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, share professional experiences, and build connections with colleagues who share a passion for engineering, technology, and innovation.
Lunch will be provided, giving everyone an opportunity to continue the conversation in a relaxed setting.
Registration Information
Registration is limited based on the number of Senior Member/Fellow Volunteer References available, so please register as soon as you can confirm your attendance.
Registration closes September 7.
If you register and later find that you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
We look forward to bringing together IEEE members for an inspiring, collaborative, and rewarding event—and to helping our colleagues achieve the important milestone of IEEE Senior Member.
