IEEE Global Career Fair - Sept 23 at 5 pm EST to Sept 24 at 8 pm EST - VIRTUAL Global Event
The IEEE Global Career Fair 2026 brings together job seekers, employers, industry leaders, IEEE members, students, and young professionals from around the world for a global virtual recruitment and career-development experience.
Taking place 23–24 September 2026, the event follows a follow-the-sun format, creating opportunities for participants across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America, Canada, and the United States to participate during their respective time zones.
Throughout the 24+ hour experience, participants will be able to:

IEEE Virtual Career Fairs are designed to reduce geographic barriers and make meaningful interaction between employers and engineering talent more accessible. The virtual environment provides employer booths, networking and meeting spaces, recruiter interaction, résumé and job information, and a broader agenda of talks and workshops for participants.
The IEEE Global Career Fair builds upon IEEE's regional Virtual Career Fair initiative and expands that model into a coordinated global experience — connecting talent with opportunity across regions, industries, and time zones.
